Fort Wayne Real Estate Guidance with Experience Strategy and Heart

I’m Linda Williams, a Fort Wayne REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group and the leader of Williams & Co.

As a Fort Wayne native and Bishop Dwenger graduate, I know and love this community. I earned my degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing from Indiana University and bring more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience—and over seven years in real estate—to every client and transaction.

Whether you’re buying your first home, preparing to sell, downsizing, handling an estate, or trying to figure out what to do with a home that needs some work, I’m here to provide honest guidance, smart strategy and hands-on support from beginning to end. I believe great real estate service goes far beyond putting a sign in the yard. My goal is to help you make informed decisions, solve problems before they become problems, and make the entire process feel as seamless as possible.

I’m proud to be a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®). In 2025, I helped clients complete 46 transactions totaling approximately $13 million in sales throughout Fort Wayne and Northeast Indiana.

On a personal note, I’m a wife, a proud mom of a Carroll High School and Bowling Green State University graduate, a Christ follower and an enthusiastic animal lover. At home, I also serve as household staff to our beagle, Charlie, and our two cats—who compensate me primarily in fur.

Real estate is personal, and I never forget that. Whether you’re making an exciting move or navigating a difficult transition, you deserve an experienced advocate who will listen, communicate honestly and stay beside you all the way to the closing table.
